When I’m not working, I try to lead a full, healthy life, with a focus on being the best version of myself. This includes spending time with my family (including our dog Leo), getting into nature and the outdoors, hiking and mountain biking, yoga, travel and being fit and well.
My ethical practice is supported by my full membership of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors and the Addiction Practitioners’ Association Aotearoa New Zealand.
